Obama, Bobble-Head teleprompter speech maker appears to be very limited and shallow in ideas and effective solutions. He ran for the office, why can't he deliver?

it is easy to complain and blame others, but you have absolutely no credibility when you offer no solutions yourself.
lets give the new president a bit more than 60 days to fix all the issues that he's addressed. real solutions take time, especially when the problem is the stock market and the culture of big business. the wealthy and power elite don't like any disturbance of the status quo unless it enables them to benefit more, and this climate is not friendly to them so they are digging in and trying to turn any of the spin eating bobbleheads who ate up Reaganomics against the current administration in order to keep what they have.
There are historical parallels to this, the french revolution comes to mind most readily. The poor will only take oppression for so long, and the profits of big oil and wall street over the past few years have gotten us unwashed masses into a frenzy of disgust and contempt for big business. Let us not forget that this has happened before in this country, and the rise of Socialist/Communist states was the result of the world realizing that there are evils in unchecked capitalism. (for those who haven't read Marx or world history much, the basis of the movement was the excesses gained by the owners/CEOs of the industrial revolution were unfair compared to the squalor of the workers who operated their factories). This is what created the popular movement towards group/government ownership models, that would create fairness for each and every citizen (this idealistic model has never been realized in the world due to greed and corruption, but the model in and of itself is sound philosophy).
The society of greed can either turn a new page and work to the betterment of all, or they can continue their selfishness and fear the uprising that will find a way to end their self-centered view.
There is a middle ground between Capitalism and Socialistic models, where the benefits of capitalism's combined with the principles of Socialism could create a utopian existence, but this would require massive change in the perceptions of our citizenry, going from a self centered, greed based society into a society that truly cares about the livelihood of each and every citizen, even when it costs them individually. (yes, there are those out there who already conform to this ideal, but by and large our society can be generalized into a "gotta get mine to hell with everyone else", all the whining about taxes, combined with the 'thug life' mentality of pop culture proves this without a doubt).
We are allowing history to repeat once again, because we aren't concerned with the macro view of greed and selfishness. decadence and corruption are the only ways to defeat a democracy, and they can only come from within. until we learn this, we are destined to go the way of ancient Greece and Rome.
